The ISCHIA program, developed by AEKO and distributed by MyLocTravel, is home to the future Valras-Plage Multidisciplinary Health Center (MSP). This modern healthcare hub, scheduled for completion in the first half of 2027, is located just 50 meters from the seafront. It is designed to offer a contemporary, functional environment adapted to the requirements of current healthcare practices.
A validated and structured health project
This building is not just a set of offices, but the premises of a Health Centre approved by the ARS (Regional Health Agency). It brings together a team of professionals united by a common health project, promoting the coordination of care and the patient journey.
⚠️ Important: The facility is reserved for healthcare professionals. Integration into the MSP is conditional upon the agreement of the signatory members of the Interprofessional Agreement.
Installation flexibility: Purchase or Rental
To facilitate your relocation according to your wealth and professional strategy, the program offers two options:
- Acquisition of the building: For investors or practitioners wishing to become owners.
- Location: To operate freely via professional leases (without obligation to purchase).

- Psychiatrist / Psychologist
- Dental surgeon
Regulated professions (under strict conditions):
- Physiotherapists: Must hold their own accreditation ("plate") or collaborate with physiotherapists already established.
- Nurses: Subject to zoning/quota rules.
- (Note: The quota for midwives has been reached, therefore no new practices are available for this specialty).
