However: – information is provided for guidance only and is subject to change; – unintentional errors or omissions cannot be completely ruled out; – no guarantee of permanent availability of properties or services is given.

The website publisher cannot be held responsible for: – damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the website, – service interruptions (maintenance, technical incident, Internet network, etc.), – or the possible presence of viruses or malicious elements on third-party websites.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices are subject to French law.

13.2. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise stated. Tourist tax may be included or charged separately depending on the destination; details are provided at the time of booking.

13.3. Payment terms

Payments are made via the secure payment solutions offered on the MyLocTravel search engine (by credit card, and possibly other methods depending on the offers). myloctravel.guestybookings.com 1

– Option 1 – Standard Payment: – for bookings made more than 60 days before arrival: – 30% is due at the time of booking, – 70% is collected 60 days before arrival.

For other cases (bookings made less than 60 days before arrival, other payment options possibly offered), the applicable conditions are those displayed in real time on the booking engine and recalled in the confirmation email.

13.4. Security Deposit / Guarantee

Some accommodations may require a security deposit, most often in the form of: – a credit card imprint or pre-authorization, – or, in some cases, an insurance/cover solution, when this service is offered. myloctravel.guestybookings.com 1

The amount, duration of the pre-authorisation and the conditions for debiting in case of damage or non-compliance with the house rules are indicated on the accommodation sheet and/or during the booking process, as well as in the detailed terms published on the “Terms and Conditions of Booking and Use” page.

13.5. Cancellation, modification and no-show conditions

In case of conflict, the conditions displayed on the booking engine at the time of booking shall prevail.

13.6. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28, 12° of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:

Tourist stay bookings made via MyLocTravel are therefore firmly committed, subject only to the contractual cancellation conditions stipulated in the reserved rate.

13.7. Customer Obligations

The Client agrees in particular to: – provide accurate information (identity, contact details, number of travelers), – respect the maximum occupancy of the accommodation, – respect the house rules, the neighborhood, and the condominium regulations, – not organize any unauthorized events, parties, or filming, – report any damage or malfunction immediately to the manager or concierge service (Valras'Loc / MyLocTravel / The Best Partner, as applicable). 13.8. Complaints and mediation

In case of any difficulty related to the booking or the course of the stay, the Client is advised to contact first: – MyLocTravel / Valras'Loc via the contact forms or the email address contact@myloctravel.com, – or, for disputes concerning a management mandate / residential lease, the agency The Best Partner – Immoplage.MyLocTravel 2booking.myloctravel.com 2

For consumer disputes relating to The Best Partner's real estate activities, the competent mediator is ANM Conso, as indicated in point 9.

13.9. Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale/Reservation are governed by French law. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between a translation and the French version, the French version shall prevail.
